Spring Season (Months of March, April, and May)
The Annapurna Seven High Passes Trek is very popular in the spring, with many trekkers heading to the Annapurna region of Nepal. Trip Itinerary

Our representative will arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport on time based on the timing of your flight. He will be waiting for you at the arrival gate so you can immediately recognize him. Kathmandu to Dharapani via Besisahar on a public bus or private jeep that leaves early in the morning. A shared jeep will next be used to transport you to Chame. Your Annapurna Circuit Tilicho Lake Trek adventure will astonish you with its stunning waterfalls, snow-capped mountains, and several suspension bridges. You will pass through picturesque small villages like Ngadi, Bahundanda, Syange, Jagat, Chamje, and Tal as you follow the Marsayangdi River side by side before you reach Dharapani. At the Dharapani police checkpoint, visitors should register their IDs and trekking permits.

Overnight in Dharapani 

After breakfast at Darapani, start the Annapurna 7 Pass trek along the Marsyangdi River and the villages of Odar and Toche. As you continue through the pine forest, you will see a very old and simple Bon/Buddhist temple. A little further on the gravel road that leads to the highway, cross a small suspension bridge over the Dudh Khola river, until you reach the village of Tilche, where you can meet the riders as they return from their ride through Manaslu.

Overnight in Tilche. 

Annapurna Seven High Pass trek starts from Tilche village and then moves to beautiful Tache village. The route is a bit confusing because you have to go through wheat and potato farms. Less than an hour after leaving the village of Tilce, you will arrive at a small cave that is said to have been meditated upon by the lights. The road passes through pine forests, wheat fields and a small road before reaching a suspension bridge.After a short walk through the forest, you will reach Tachai, a small Gurung village located on a hill. You can experience the warmth of the Gurung people in one of the 28 villages in the village. There are also hot springs nearby that flow from the village and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

Overnight in Tache.

Today's journey starts from Tache with amazing views of the nearby village of Ghelinchowk. The two and a half hours climb from the small village is the most difficult part of today's Annapurna Adventures Seven  High Pass route. Once you reach a height of 3282 meters above sea level, you will reach the headquarters of Chonga Dada. If you're lucky, you might even see animals like monkeys and the Himalayan griffin.The trail passes through a pine forest and reaches the Cheonga River. Continue along the river, up and across the water on a small wooden bridge. To reach Shongle, where you will spend the night, you must continue through the pine and rhododendron forest.

Overnight in Shongle. 

From Shongle, the route of the seven high mountain passes of the Annapurna today moves to Kuchumro Phedi. After walking for an hour through the forest, you will reach the steep slopes of the mountain. I am fascinated to see high peaks like Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal towering in the eastern sky. From here, a steep path leads between two large rocks as an entrance.You can reach the top of the ridge by climbing several hours in this restricted area. After that, the hike is a gradual climb up a valley that gets wider as you get closer. You will continue to climb until you reach Kuchumro Phedi, 4525 meters above sea level. Here have lunch and relax to prepare for the next day.

Overnight in Kuchumro Phedi. 

Today, be prepared for a long climb to pass Yarcha Pass. When you trek Annapurna Adventures Seven  High Passes, you will enjoy the spectacular views of Manasalu to the east and Lamjung and Annapurna to the west. Passing through Kuchumro, you can enjoy the wonderful views of Manasalu and the Lamjung mountain range. Snowshoes require proper footwear such as boots and crampons.After crossing Kuchumro Pass (4900m), you have to descend for 30 minutes before climbing to Yarcha Pass (4860m). Crossing Yarcha Pass, you will enjoy views of Kangaroo Himal (6941m) and Annapurna II. After a difficult journey, we reached Namakyu, where we spent the night. You will be at the riverside with panoramic views of Kangaru Himal and Lamjung Himal.

Overnight in Namakyu. 

After starting the day with breakfast in Namakyu, the Annapurna Adventures Seven Pass trek begins with a gradual climb before descending to cross a small river. Once you cross the river, leave Kangaroo Himal behind and climb up to Annapurna 2. The two-hour climb offers views of Pisang Peak, which towers over Pisang's Ohu Monastery.From here, proceed to the Meta Pass (4635 m). with a direct view of Pisang Peak. After lunch at the Metapass, the descent to Meta begins. It takes about 4 hours to get from Metapass to Meta Village. Once you cross the small bridge across the river, you'll start climbing until you reach Meta Village.

As you begin your journey to  Annapurna Adventures Seven pass, you will see incredible temples and Tibetan musicians waving prayer flags. The way to Chyakhu is always up and down. To go to Chyakhu, you have to pass through the beautiful villages of Naar Phedi and Jhunum and cross the barrier bridge. You can enjoy the spectacular views of Annapurna before entering Kyang. Pisang Peak and Annapurna II can be seen in detail from Kyang. Before reaching Phu Gate, the entrance to Phu village, you will pass through Phu Khola on a difficult road, leaving behind some underwater rocks and some campsites.View You are in a famous Tibetan city and some ruined cities. After walking through Phu for an hour and a half, we walked through narrow valleys and high cliffs for the first time. Nar and Phu villages are known for their unique blue sheep, diverse customs and religions. Tashi Lhakhang Monastery is a must-see in Phu Village. Himlung Himal and other nearby peaks can be seen very well from Phu village.

Overnight in Phu Gaon. 

After many days of non-stop trekking, today is the first day of the Annapurna Adventures Seven High Pass trek. You can explore the religious rituals, biodiversity and cultural environment of Phu Valley. As you walk through the valley, you can learn about the culture and religion of the local people and interact with members of many ethnic groups, including the Ghale, Gurung and Lama. To quickly explore the village and make the most of your leisure time, you can take a short walk to Tashi Lhakhang.The distance from Phu to Tashi is only 3-4 km, so it is easy to complete this trip. Although a bit further, Phu trekkers can also visit Himlung base camp. In Tashi, you can see Tibetan monasteries and see the glittering Himalayas. Exploring the area around this ancient volcanic village of rock and mud formations, you'll discover a magical mountain world influenced by Tibetan Buddhism.

Overnight in Phu Gaon. 

In the morning, you can visit Tashi Lakhang Monastery, an important Buddhist place of worship. It takes about 30 minutes to go to church and back for breakfast. Views of Kangaru Himal and Himlung Himal. To begin your Annapurna Seven Pass trek, you will enter Phu village and then begin your ascent through the sand fields to an altitude of 1000 meters above Phu village. Keep going and you will reach a place with clear views of Himlung, Bhrikuti and Kangaru Himal.Walk an hour faster and you will reach Phu Pass. After passing the Phu Pass it starts to descend until you reach the base of the hill. From there we crossed a small wooden bridge and descended for about an hour until we reached our accommodation for the day in Loang. It is recommended to bring a lunch today as water will be limited during the trip.

Overnight to loang .

Today's Annapurna Adventures Seven  Pass trek starts gently, but gradually ascends over rough gravel and the climb becomes more difficult. After 4 hours of walking, you can reach the top of the road. Lamjung, Annapurna II, III and IV, Tilicho Peak to the south and Himrung, Nemjung and Ganguguru Himal to the east have beautiful views. After passing Nar Pass, you will go straight down gravel roads for a few hours until you reach Labse Khola, where you will cross a strong metal bridge. From here, you will reach the village of Gnar by climbing for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Overnight in Nar Village.

Today is the second maintenance day of Annapurna Adventures Seven high pass trek. Always be prepared for high altitudes. As a bonus to the day, you can explore the village of Gnar while enjoying nature. Take a hike and discover the beauty of Nar's surrounding landscape. This is a great opportunity to interact with people and understand their culture and lifestyle. Today, you can also visit the four temples and chortens in the area. From Nar village, you can also enjoy the wonderful views of Pisang Peak, Amosang Himal, Gang Garo and Pokhara Khang. Also, you must book your Kangra Pass today. You might be surprised to know that every family in Nar has at least one child studying Buddhism.

Overnight in Nar Village. 

If you want to go to Kangra Pass today, you should wake up early in the morning. The famous Annapurna Circuit can be accessed through the seven Annapurna Trek passes. You will ascend from Nar on a beautiful path through the yak forest, exploring the slopes of Temdenzon Khola. The next trip will take you to Jhombu Kharka, also known as Kang La Phedi. From Kang La Phedi, you will climb up to Kang La Pass. Views from Kang La Pass include Annapurna II, Gangapurna, Tilicho Peak, the peaks around Tilicho, Marsyangdi Valley and Hunde Airport.The trek descends gently and offers spectacular views of Ngawal and the herds, chortens and flags of prayer. On the Annapurna Circuit's Pisang road, which can be reached in two hours from the pass, you'll see the sign for the meditation cave on the hill. Now that the camping part of the hike is over, it's time to head to the guest house where you'll spend the night.

Overnight in Ngawal . 

After a delicious breakfast, we will leave today for the Manang Valley. En route to Manang, you will enjoy the spectacular views of Gangapurna, Annapurna II and Annapurna III and Pisang Peak and Gandharvachuli. Passing through pine forests and the Marsyangdi River, the Annapurna 7 Pass trek passes through gentle valleys. After driving for more than an hour, you will cross the Marchyangdi River and arrive at Braga Village.While you are in the area, you can visit the famous Braga Tibetan Monastery. Braga Cathedral is beautiful. Then the steep climb to Mungli. After completing the main test of the Annapurna Circuit, you will reach Manang, one of the main villages in the Manang region with many tea houses and beautiful temples. This is a place where you can see the Annapurna mountains up close.

Overnight in Manang. 

Today is the third day of the Annapurna  Adventures Seven high pass trek. The trekking route from Manang is uphill so you need to adjust and stay active. You will spend the day exploring the beautiful village of Manang, the largest village in the valley. This is a great place to learn the customs and lifestyle of the people living in Manang. You can explore the rain shadow area, rich in natural flora and fauna, a great experience for many cyclists. Climb to the glacial lake for 6 hours for incredible views of the mountain and the sparkling glacial lake. Also, Praken Gompa is a nearby place where you can receive blessings from Rama and enjoy the beautiful views of Annapurna. Some of the amazing places in Manang Valley to explore include Gangapurna Glacier, Kangsar Village and Milarepa Caves. If you are lucky, you will also enjoy horse racing and archery sports here.

Overnight in Manang. 

Today's walk is short, but you will reach a high point, so you will tire quickly. You will climb to the beautiful village of Manang to visit Yak Kharka, the summer feeding area for yaks. You will start your journey to the high pass of Annapurna Adventures Seven  by crossing a small stream and continue through the Marsyangdi valley via Tenki, the ancient village of Manang. As you travel through the Jarsang Khola Valley, you will pass through beautiful meadows, juniper trees and tea houses.You will visit Gunsang, the small village of Tanki Manang, you will pass through juniper plants and green grass. Through beautiful vegetation, this path will take you to Mani wall. Trekkers will get a new experience while traveling to Yak Kharka because of the wooden bridges on the way. Cross the wooden bridge and you will reach Yak Kharka.

Overnight in Yak Kharka. 

Today's Annapurna Adventures Seven High Mountain Passes Trek has many high climbs and descents. The journey from Yak Kharka to Ledar is uphill. On the way, we saw herds of green sheep grazing on the rugged hills. We went down to the Marsyangdi River and walked along the cliff before crossing the wooden bridge. After a few hours of climbing, you will descend and ascend again along the river to reach Thorong High Camp.You will pass a small village called Thorong Pedi, which is busy guarding the pedestrians. Before climbing Thorong La Pass, most trekkers choose Thorong Phedi as their base camp. Before exploring the high-altitude hiking trail, you need to be well prepared. Thorong High Camp is a short climb from Throng Phedi where you will spend the night.

Overnight in Thorong High Camp. 

One of the most difficult routes of the entire Annapurna Adventures SEven High Passes trek is the one you will do today. From Thorung High Camp, you begin your ascent to Thorung La Pass, which is 5416 meters above sea level. Annapurna range, Thorong peak, Dhaulagiri range, Nilgiri and other mountains can be seen from the distance of Thorung La Pass. After taking some photos and appreciating the beauty, we walked to Muktinath. The road from Thorung La Pass to Muktinath is downhill.Muktinath is not only a Buddhist temple but also the second largest Hindu temple. Hindu visitors visit the Muktinath temple. Muktinath has 108 villages and two small ponds. Hindus believe that bathing in one of the 108 baths can atone for past sins. Just above the Dhola Mebar Gompa or Jwalamai (Fire God) temple, a short distance from the chorten mass, natural gas flames can be seen glowing behind the grill. 

Overnight in Muktinath. 

The Adventures Seven Passes Trek Annapurna Itinerary indicates that today is the last day of trekking in the Annapurna region in preparation for the journey to Jomsom. After breakfast, we left Muktinath and started our descent through some beautiful villages including Jharkot, Kagbeni and Ekle Bhatti. The journey to Jomsom is easier than the previous route as most of the route is downhill.Steep climbs make the final sections of the route difficult. To reach Jomsom, one has to climb the slopes leading to the Kali Gandaki River and its windy valley. The Thakali people and traditional salt traders live in Jomsom, which serves as the administrative center of the Mustang region. The Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and Tilicho peaks are clearly visible from Jomsom.

Overnight in Jomsom. 

Finally, we said goodbye to the Annapurna  Adventueres Seven  Pass trek and left early this morning to catch a flight to Pokhara. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to reach Pokhara by plane. On your way, you will see the road leading to Tatopani and Ghorepani with panoramic views of the Annapurna Himalayas. After a hard day of trekking, stay free in Pokhara to relax, unwind and heal your muscles.Phewa Lake, Tal Barahi, Devi's Falls, Gupteshwor Caves, World Peace Pagoda, International Mountain Museum, Bindavasini Temple, Mahendra Caves and others. places are some of the attractions that you can explore in Pokhara. Boating on the lake is fun, especially in good weather.

Overnight in Pokhara. 

Today ends the journey to the Annapurna Adventures Seven High Pass. After waking up in Pokhara this morning, board the bus/flight back to Kathmandu. The 205 km that separates Pokhara from Kathmandu runs along the beautiful Marshandi and Trishuli rivers.
