Welcome to Kathmandu, the capital city of the Himalayan kingdom of Nepal. Meet on airport and transfer you in hotel. After arrival, the group will be formally introduced to Guide for the activities over the next few days. One should pay attention to the safety aspects of the briefing. Any questions or doubts should be asked and clarified at this time. We check your insurance details and other requirements for your trekking.

After breakfast, we will start an interesting tour of Kathmandu. Try to give a full taste of our vibrant cultural scene and the enchanting way of its people with an English-speaking guide (any language speaking guide can be provided if desired). During our trip we will visit Swayambhu Nath, Pashupatinath and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Kathmandu Durbar Square: Built between the 12th and 18th centuries, this complex of palaces, courtyards and temples was once the seat of the ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. A fascinating piece is a stone inscription from the 17th century placed on the wall of the palace with inscriptions in 15 languages. Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the social, religious and civic center of the city.
Swayambhu Nath: This 2,000-year-old hilltop stupa is the world's grandest Buddhist shrine and is surrounded by several small pagodas. The lid of the main temple is a gilded copper, brass and the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha are painted on its four sides.
Pashupatinath: The temple dedicated to Lord Shiva is the holiest and most famous temple in Nepal. Located 5 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River, it is an impressive pagoda-style structure with a gilded roof and richly carved silver doors. There are baths and cremation places, which are of interest to tourists especially in the morning and during festival days.

After breakfast in Kathmandu, drive to the domestic terminal with your guide and the rest of the crew for the domestic flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj. It takes 45- 50 minutes flight time from Kathmandu. After the scenic flight, you will reach Nepalgunj, the gateway to Simikot. At night, you can explore lively markets, small animals, and nearby villages.

After breakfast at Nepalgunj today you will start your Lower Dolpo Trekking adventure on the next domestic flight to Juphal. After landing in Juphal, you will begin your journey to the Dunai. During the journey, you can enjoy magnificent views of Mount Dhaulagiri (8167m) and Mount Annapurna (8091m). You can reach the Bheri River by hiking through the terraced houses. The route continues from here in a small canyon and takes you to Dunai, the administrative center of the Dolpo region.

You'll begin your climb along the Bheri River's southern bank some time recently climbing upstream on a basic course. You'll travel by a few soak gorges, energizing hanging bridges, and dazzling farther towns along the way. You may travel by means of the Lower Dolpo Trekking Path to Tarakot, a little community found on a slope to the south of the Bheri Stream and spend the night there in a tea house.

Today, the lower Dolpo Trek route follows the Tarap Chu River. To reach Sandul Gompa, which is located between Barbung Khola and Tarap Chu rivers, you have to cross this river twice. After that, you will continue walking through communities and terraced farms. You have to climb and descend several times to reach the wave.

Start the Lower Dolpo trek after breakfast and end with a challenging trek across the Tarapi River. The valley narrows as it becomes a gorge, making it easy to jump from one side to the other. After some tough ups and downs, you finally reach Chyugur Khola. From there it is only a short walk to Nawarpani where you will spend the night in a tea house.

After breakfast at Nawarpani, climb gradually to Kamattarka, which is located at the confluence of Tarap Chu River and Lang Khola after leaving Nawarpan. You leave the tree line behind as you cross a small canyon and enter the dry Himalayan interior valley, which welcomes you with majestic junipers and wild rose bushes. From there you will continue along the Lower Dolpo Trekking route to the Dho Tarap settlement surrounded by a sloping stone garden. Here you can practice the unique Bon Po and Chaiba religions.

Aa the Dolpo Trek Itinerary, this is a day of rehabilitation and rehabilitation of Dho Tarap village. This rest day will help you adjust and give you a chance to explore the community and its surroundings. You will have the opportunity to talk to the locals and learn about their lifestyle, customs and traditions. The religions practiced here are Chaiba and Bon Po. You can taste the products you offer and admire their beautiful clothes.

Today's trekking route from Lower Dolpo takes you to the Upper Tarapi Valley where you can see the green meadows next to the beautiful river on both sides. You can reach Tokyo by hiking along the Tarap Chu River. Here you can explore the monastery of the Chiba Sect. Afterwards, you will trek through difficult terrain to reach Numa La base camp, where you will spend the night.

This day is longest and most difficult day of the Lower Dolpo Vege. After a delicious breakfast, you will go up to Numa La Pass. From the top of the pass (8167 m) you have a breathtaking view of the dry Dolpo mountain rising to the Dhaulagiri Mountain. Spend some time here before descending to Penung Tang, where you will spend the night on a campsite.

After breakfast we go to the new pass again, Baga La Pass, challenging walking. From the top of the Baga La Pass, magnificent view of the desert landscape opens again, with Mount Kanjirowa and snowy mountains in the distance. The Lower Dolpo Trek descends suddenly to Dajok Tang after a while.

The Lower Dolpo hiking trail mostly runs through alpine greenery and abundant pine trees. With a little easier walking than the previous days, you will reach the village of Ringmo, a Tibetan settlement in the Dolpo region. You will spend the night in the village teahouse Ringmo.

You wake up early and have a delicious breakfast. Then Dolpo Trekking Tril leads to Phoksundo Lake, which is 3,611m above sea level. Shey Phoksundo lake, is the major attraction or hidden gem of the Dolpo. During this trek you can visit yak boats and local churches. After reaching Phoksundo Lake, you will be greeted by the magnificent surroundings. Today we spent the night near the lake. You will spend the night in a tea house.

After breakfast at Phoksundo lake, you will start your descent to Shyanta village. You reach Chepka. The Lower Dolpo Trail continues from here and passes through different settlements, following a huge overhanging cliff. Along the way, you'll pass therapeutic minerals that are believed to cure almost anything in the area. Keep climbing until you reach the village of Shyanta, where you spend the night in a tea house.

Today we return to Juphal . On the way you will pass many birch trees and enjoy wonderful mountain views. Once you reach Juphal, you will spend the afternoon relaxing and exploring the markets. You will spend the night at Juphal Tea House.

Today we continue our journey to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj. After your trek through the Lower Dolpo upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will check into your hotel and spend the day at leisure. You will attend a farewell dinner hosted by the company that evening. Also, I'm getting ready to go home tomorrow. You will spend the night in a hotel in Thamel.
